shipping & handling–
All US orders are sent via USPS 1-3-day Priority Mail. Generally, standard orders will arrive in 3-5 business days after shipped, and expedited orders will ship out the next day if placed by 11am (PST), Monday-Friday. An additional fee will be charged for any expedited orders. Contact us to have your order rushed for delivery.
International Mail: All international orders are sent via USPS First-Class International. Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
returns & exchanges–
As You Are values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. Keep in mind that every piece is made to order. Because of this we do not accept returns for choosing the wrong size so please make sure you are choosing the correct size! For all exchanges, items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Items sent back without sanitary protection and original packaging/tags will NOT be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping charges, any items sent back after the 3 day period will be issued a store credit that expires after 40 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Items sent back after 40 days, without tags, will not be accepted. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned.
Items purchased on sale or used with a promo code are eligible for store credit only. Any items purchased at a discount of 30% or higher is considered final sale and not eligible for return or store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

The As You Are process is powered by PayPal, one the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
